Equitable Distribution Worksheet.
In order to link a Financial Affidavit, Child Support Guidelines Worksheet or Equitable Distribution Worksheet from another document, they all have to use the same official version, so it is recommended to upgrade all documents to the new format if they are still active cases.
Any existing links between Financial Affidavit, Child Support Guidelines Worksheet or Equitable Distribution Worksheet are automatically available once all documents have been individually upgraded.

Simplified the use of short versus long Financial Affidavit. The "General Information" section of a Financial Affidavit now allows you to choose whether to default to a short or long form. You can still switch between short and long form at any time, as this only affects the generated PDF and Word document.
"Equitable Distribution Worksheet" is now available as a Document and can be rendered as PDF or Word document. When linked to a Financial Affidavit, Assets and Liabilities can be copied between the documents.

Word documents created by Formulaws.com can NOT be edited using cloud versions of Word (as offered with Microsoft 365 or Google Drive). Complex formatting used by our Word documents requires the desktop version of Microsoft Office. You most likely already have that installed. If you subscribe to Microsoft 365/Office 365 for example, the desktop version of Microsoft Office with Word is available to you under that subscription.
When you download any Word document, changes made in the Word document will not reflect in your document stored on this site.
All changes should be made in the document on this site, and once completed, download the Word document for any final minor "tweaks".
If amounts are changed in the Word document, totals will NOT be recalculated. It is important to make all changes in your Formulaws.com document before finalizing it and downloading a Word document.
We have temporarily disabled automatic emails when inviting clients to edit a document. Unfortunately, we encountered significant email delivery problems. Instead, you can now email a link to your client to edit a document. We are working on restoring automatic emails.
The Financial Affidavit documents generated as PDFs had an incorrect document title. Generate a new PDF to correct this issue.
We added the ability to select a signature style for the attorney signature on generated documents. The signature style can be selected when entering lawyer information for a case.
